GCT MicroSpeed ​​diamond coating technology is the application of CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) technology to super-hard tungsten carbide steel. It is composed of alternating polycrystalline layers and nano-polycrystalline layers, and the finished coating is comparable to the strength of natural diamonds. GCT MicroSpeed ​​diamond coating technology prevents the coating from peeling off or melting due to high-speed processing. According to different product applications and tool diameters, the coating thickness and number of layers processed are different.

GCT CVD multilayer diamond coating technology is composed of alternating polycrystalline layers and nano-polycrystalline layers. The advantage of alternating layers is the prevention of crack propagation which can result in coating cracking and peeling. Hence, GCT CVD diamond coating does not crack or peel easily.
