Why Us?
GCT MicroSpeed diamond coating technology is the application of CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) technology to super-hard tungsten carbide steel. It is composed of alternating polycrystalline layers and nano-polycrystalline layers, and the finished coating is comparable to the strength of natural diamonds. GCT MicroSpeed diamond coating technology prevents the coating from peeling off or melting due to high-speed processing. According to different product applications and tool diameters, the coating thickness and number of layers processed are different.
